Simon Acres Recruitment is proud to represent a highly successful and well-established merchant in the London area, who are seeking an ambitious and proactive Account Manager to drive sales growth within the non-residential sector across London. Focusing on commercial projects, you will develop relationships with M&E contractors, developers and consultants, identifying opportunities from specification through to completion.

Simon Acres Recruitment is proud to represent a highly successful and well-established merchant in the London area, who are seeking an ambitious and proactive Account Manager to drive sales growth within the non-residential sector across London. Focusing on commercial projects, you will develop relationships with M&E contractors, developers and consultants, identifying opportunities from specification through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow commercial project sales across the London region.
- Generate new business opportunities whilst managing existing accounts.
- Promote sanitaryware, washroom and plumbing solutions into commercial projects.
- Build relationships with contractors, consultants, developers and specification teams.
- Deliver against sales and margin targets.
- Maintain an active project pipeline and CRM database.
Requirements:
- Proven sales or account management experience within Plumbing & Heating, Sanitaryware, Merchanting or Building Services.
- Strong knowledge of commercial sanitaryware and washroom products.
- Experience working within non-residential construction projects.
- Proactive, self-motivated and commercially driven.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
