Location: Atlanta House, Higham Ferrers

Salary: £28,000–£30,000 (negotiable DOE) plus uncapped commission

OTE: £51,420+ subject to performance

Working Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm – No weekend working

Perhaps you have experience in solar PV, heat pumps, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical products, plumbing or the wider construction and building services industries.

What will you be doing?

This is a 360 recruitment role, involving the full recruitment process, from developing client relationships and sourcing candidates through to securing placements.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing relationships with businesses across the renewables, HVAC, construction and merchant sectors.
• Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates, assessing their experience and suitability.
• Building and maintaining a strong database of industry professionals.
• Identifying new business opportunities and developing client relationships.
• Managing interviews, feedback and offers through to successful placements.
• Managing your own recruitment desk, pipeline and activity against agreed targets.
• Keeping up to date with industry developments and building your specialist market knowledge.

Who are we looking for?

We're interested in commercially minded, motivated individuals who enjoy building relationships and working towards targets.

Ideally, you'll have one or more of the following:

• Experience in renewables, including solar PV, battery storage or heat pumps.
• Experience in HVAC, heating, ventilation or air conditioning.
• A background in construction, building services or construction supply.
• Experience working for a builders', plumbing, heating or electrical merchant.
• Experience in technical sales, account management, engineering, installation or business development.
• Previous recruitment experience with a proven commercial track record.

You'll also be confident communicating with people, organised, proactive, resilient and motivated by results and earning potential.

Previous recruitment experience is not essential for candidates with relevant industry experience.
